Hello, I tried 5 times to split a PPTX (122 slides, 60 MB) in 10 smaller PPTX using your Fileformat app. It is always failing with different error messages at the end of the process, when I am asked to download the resulting ZIP file. The last error message was the following : " 504 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.—CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection. We can’t connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation… "
Are you sure Fileformat App is working fine ?..

We have tested multiple files, and they are working as expected. It may have been a temporary issue.
Please try again on your end, and if the problem persists, kindly share your file so we can further investigate.
I tested again the file I would like to split and I am again facing an error :
image.png (74,6 Ko)
I know it is a big file (122 slides, 60 Mb), but it is the reason why I am trying to use your application…
How can I share this file so that you can test it ?
